Pastor Matt and Tiffany Hutchinson
Pastor Matt and Tiffany have been married for 18 years with two children: Harper and Sawyer. Matt graduated from Marshall University in 2006 and works as a staff PTA, CKTP with sports medicine. Tiffany also graduated from Marshall University in 2006 and works as an elementary school teacher. A fun fact about Matt and Tiffany is that they are avid Kentucky basketball fans!
Matt and Tiffany have been in ministry for over 20 years. They believe that coming to CTC was easy because of the amazing people—CTC made it easy for them to connect with others because of the family dynamic. Matt and Tiffany believe that youth ministry deals with the most impressionable and impactful years in a person’s life. They believe that these years set the trajectory of where students are going. Insideout is a place where a student’s potential is recognized, drawn out, and developed. Matt and Tiffany are certain that this creates a culture of impactful and influential students.
Matt and Tiffany believe that life-long friendships and encounters with God are in everyday life at Insideout. They state that environments matter, and they strive to create an atmosphere where students know they belong and can grow. They want to see students empowered, knowing God’s word and living a life of worship, in a community of students pursuing Jesus. Pastor Matt and Tiffany truly believe that God has a purpose for each student to influence culture to advance the Kingdom! “When students know their purpose and value, they know God.” They are believing to see families, schools, and communities changed with your student(s) at the center.
